About George Dosoo
George is an Associate of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI), a Member of the Livery Company, The Worshipful Company of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a Master of Science in Finance (MSc Finance) and was a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA) until 2014. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (ACGI) and an Associate of the Association of International Accountants (AAIA).
He has lectured in Accounting and Economics and run, managed and has been advising and helping small and medium size companies on Accounting, Taxation, Compliance issues since 1992. George is an author of a book on the Eurobond Market. The book covers topics such as the historical background to the market, the development of the market, equity and bond markets, types of Eurobond, Currency markets, issuing Eurobonds, derivative instruments and products, primary and secondary trading markets and the management of bond portfolios. His research interest includes the international capital markets and he has completed a thesis on Eurobonds, focusing on a possible positive signalling effect of successful corporate Eurobond issues on the equity values. George has also been a visiting lecturer at International Securities Markets Association (ISMA) Centre for Education and Research into Securities Markets at University of Reading. |
